In addition to general construction, LeChase also provides data and telecommunications, facilities management, design and real estate development services. LeChase has made its mark in the international construction community, with projects in Canada, Brazil and the United Kingdom.
LeChase’s success has been built in large part due to a commitment to customer satisfaction. The importance of satisfying customers and exceeding their expectations is something each and every employee understands.
“Our company’s reputation has been built on excellent service and quality of work. R. Wayne LeChase commented. “To maintain this reputation requires the active participation of every employee.”
The firm gives generously, contributing more than $1.1 million over the last five years to more than 25 charitable organizations in the Greater Rochester area.
“We share a responsibility to our communities,” R. Wayne LeChase said of the company’s commitment to philanthropy. “We know that our communities have afforded us our success and we feel it an honor and privilege to give back to the same community that has given to us.”
